The art of converting opinions into ideas

Dustin Staiger writes that it is easy to have an opinion and take  our discussions a few steps back. The art of taking it a few steps forward has to be learnt, if you want to build an 'ideas environment' in your company. He has captured the essence of this difference very well here:
