I have never seen this before - an agreement between the customer and the company.
It just outlines beautifully the organization-wide mission that employees have to adopt and the interesting twist is how customers agree to behave with or treat the company! I believe this makes imminent sense as relationships are a two way street anyway!
Good one Swami. I have seen individuals who can do all of this naturally. Getting this ingrained as a Company culture is the challenge.
