Have been reading your posts for some time now - and just wanted to thank you for sharing all that you do.

Specific to this 'Listening' debate that's been taking place in research / marketing / new media circles of late, couldn't help but point you to this interesting note by Nigel Hollis frm Millward Brown, where he talks about how just listening isn't good enough.
